I've been off on vacation and didn't get to this before I left, but we finished off the current content a couple weeks ago.

I know it's been ages since an update, but new 10-man and early 25-man content didn't feel like enough of a challenge that we had to spend more than an hour or so working on any fight. Intro content is great, but I'm hoping Blizzard will be quick to get something new out there.

Oh yeah, and we cleared Naxx a couple weeks ago.

It took a couple solid nights of wipes, but with everyone showing up tonight, Brutallus died before the enrage on our first kill, with none dead.

Congratulations to our first set of belt winners: Zugar, Drogas, and Pigg.

It took a while to get momentum going in the new zone given the ramp-up in concentration and difficulty, but we got Kalecgos after a couple hours of tries on a very solid day of learning attempts.

After two full sessions, and learning to ignore Maiev's worthless traps after several sub 20% wipes, Illidan was crrushed smoothly with 24 people alive.

I'd like to thank everyone over the last 3 months for all their farming, willingness to respec (sometimes several times a day), putting up with me on vent, and showing up so well prepared (especially on Archimonde and Illidan.)

Congratulations to Killjoy, Sukani, Mordias, and Dasein for our first Illidan loot of many to come.

I don't know what to say about council, except they were easy. Once I figured out how to spellsteal without murdering us all, anyway. Congratulations to Zugar on our first 4 piece T6 bonus.

It took eight weeks of attempts, but we finally got the stoppable force tab down at the beginning of February. Thanks everyone for your contributions; it was a fun game.

The first night of Reliquary ended with a 9% and 14% wipe in phase 3, but this week we returned and got her (him? it?) on the 5th try.



Due to a fluke of vacations and scheduling, we had no hunters for Shahraz, which meant that it took longer to figure out the pull than it did to actually kill Mother; she died on the 3rd pull where we actually got all three tanks in combat and put her where we wanted to. She died with half her body in the pillar, so we posed on her fancy dais.

Illidan is close.

Gurtogg squished on the 3rd (or 4th?) try. Rogues with fel rage are delicious. Maybe it was because we didn't spend a lot of frustrated time on this fight, but with the tank transitioning and moving elements from bloodboil, I thought it was the most fun mechanic in black temple so far.

Second full night, Archy down. Thanks for helping out, Tyrande, but maybe if you could have sent a bunch of trees to help out it would have been over on the first night.



On the Black Temple front, even though we killed Akama a long time ago, the first kill or two we didn't even bother to take a screenshot. Gurtogg awaits.
